I want to thank you for all the tremendous work you do to keep things up and running smoothly. As you know, I do both Canine Rehab and Human Physical Therapy. The treadmill has been used for thousands of treatments over the years, both by the dogs and people I treat.

One of the things I love most about you is your problem solving skill set. You have always been honest, fair and prompt at returning calls and giving suggestions. When you were here last, you could have told me I needed replacement of several things. I figured that to be the case because it has gotten so much use over 11 years. It was just then opposite. You fixed the problem quickly and told me I could get another 8-12 months before doing the big job I anticipated.
